Accessing the CMS

Access to the CMS is exclusively SSL-encrypted and authorisation is always required. For this purpose, an administrator has previously created a user account but has not yet assigned a password.

There is no separate interface for managing user accounts, since these are simply a predefined API (cms/users) in the CMS. In general, only the administrator has access rights to this API.

A new user account "CMS_User_01" could be created with access rights to the namespace tutorial as follows:

On first login, the user can freely choose their own password.
